Default New growth on Miltonidium Bartley Schwarz 'Highlander'
Can anyone please tell me what's wrong with the new growth on my Miltonidium Bartley Schwarz? There are currently three new growths: two are healthy and the third one has turned yellow.

I agree it's not looking good. Could it have had water sitting in the crooks of the the leaves?

I don't think so. I keep my orchids relatively dry. I think it might have something to do with air circulation. I keep my milt on the lowest shelf of my plant stand and I don't think it gets enough air circulation. I have placed a fan there and am monitoring the plant to see if it helps.

A fan is also a good idea.
