What are my options for this old one root phal

Hey everyone, woke up this morning and the whole root is collapsing.

The root has been removed and now she's in her new home. Now only time will tell, but I got a feeling shes going to pull through

Whatever method you choose you gotta start by securing it in something(pot/mount). It should not be moving as this may prevent root development. Get is securely fastened to something and you might see some growth. Since it is arealdy in open air I would say mount it. Not having roots could lead to rot at the base of the plant is you put it in a medium that maintains too much moisture. I think whats important now is Humidity, Stability, and time.

If you look at the picture, it's already being attached.
Otherwise, good point!
