Cattleya nobilior question

Hello!

I'm new to species (since this spring) and I read a lot about their care. But, for some questions i can't find the answer by myself.

My C. nobilior is having new growths. For the "big" one I am sure it is a pseudobulb, but the smaller one it is little bit different... First is growing from the rhizome, but I'm not sure about the second. Also, for the second, the old psb is leafless. Could it be a spike/flower? I know that the flower don't bloom from the top at nobilior.

This plant have the root system down, but now recovering.

Any advice is appreciated!
