I have the same kind of orchid. It is somewhat looking like Colmanara Painter 'Tropic Jungle'.
One question: did your "cambria" have fragnant flowers?
Here's mine.

Looks the same! Did you get yours at Ikea, too?
And yes, mine was fragrant but only in the mornings.

No, I didn't. We don't have IKEA here, I think.
Mine smells almost all day when it's sunny.

To repot, wait until the new growths show roots. But if there is still some room in the old pot, and the media is in decent condition, wait. Oncids don't like to be repotted. Their roots are fragile and when you disturb them tiny cracks develop along their length which invites bacterial and fungal rot. If you do repot, very carefully take the plant out of the pot by laying it on it's side and rolling it around until the plant slides easily out of the pot. Do not over pot oncids. Leave around an inch of room for the new pbulbs to grow into. Oncids don't tolerate wet conditions well. Good luck.

James I repotted them back on page 2 of this thread, and some of those little roots did get broken off or damaged. It's possible the pot is too deep as well, but hopefully the openings along the sides will help it dry out quick enough to avoid problems. I test-watered last week and it was approaching dryness after 6-7 days.
Thanks for your advice, we will see what happens...stay tuned for updates!

It doesn't look too deep to me in the last picture.

This week's update...still growin' !
The growth on the left also sprouted some new roots this week. Going to keep it moist around there by m¡sting until they make it into the medium.
