Don't worry too much about this one.
It is not a terribly slow growing orchid. I'd say it is a medium speed growing plant.
It is not touchy, but it isn't one of those that can take abuse either. They're middle of the road.

If you could find a good sized one, I'd recommend that one instead of a 1 back bulb, 1 lead division.
The more back bulbs/growths the stronger they are - (this goes for pretty much any orchid, btw).
The larger plant will also bloom far faster for you. Although, even when they're out of bloom, they're pretty attractive.
