Default My spidery phal

This is my only orchid ever but I'm pretty sure they're not supposed to look like that . Thing is, it seems quite healthy, it's been like this for years and it's growing two stems right now. I replanted it in the past year from its original tiny pot of sphagnum into orchid mix. It had very few soil roots then and still doesn't have many now. I water it weekly.

At first I wanted it to look more normal but now I enjoy its appearance, as long as it seems healthy. The only problem is it's gradually taking over the whole bookshelf

P.S. I'm not sure why I'm not permitted to just link to the image - instead I had to attach it, which reduced its size and turned it 90 degrees, oh well. Don't blame me.
