So, as some of you know I being experiencing several orchid attacks, some in the same day. I had survived until yesterday!
On my way to the bank, I decided to get some lunch at the Asian market call Ranch 99. This is a plaza with several Chinese stores, restaurants and Asian Super market.
Well last time I was there, there was a lady that had a small orchid kiosk,
well this is what I found my self with when I got there...(please see attached pics)
It was a hall way full of orchids
I took a lot more picture, but I could only upload this. She had lots of Cats too and some that the flower looked like a snake, can't remember the name.
So... of course, I forgot about my lunch, and instead this is what follow me home, a Darwinara Charm "Blue Star" with a very sweet scent, and a Darwinara X Neofinetia "Rainbow". I lost the battle
and off the wagon
Know I need to learn how to take care of this two orchids, and for that I will be needing all the help from you all
.
The black spots on the plants seem to come of with a wet paper towel, so I don't think is anything bad, but if anyone things otherwise let me know.
Or course when I got home, my husband gave me the look of "no you didn't"! but said nothing. In response, I told him it was a warm up for the September orchid show in San Francisco, still he said nothing
I take that as permision to bring home some more
