Sounds like you're doing everything right. Keep a watch, but it's probably trying to recoupe from blooming and the new environment.
Personally, I let old leaves fall off and cut the spikes once they're done.

Nah. Just let it be a little on the dry side and let it alone. Moderate light. A good breeze if you can find a small fan. Helps dry out the media and helps the orchid transpire it's waste products. Helps it sweat.

I'd say you are doing just fine. The roots look good, and so do the leaves. They look lush and plump, with no sign of dehydration, pests, or disease. Its natural for the bottom leaves to turn yellow. You should worry when the leaves turn black or brown as this is usually rot, or if the crown rots out. I would separate the plants though. You should keep up with what you are doing a little longer. How long have you had the plant? Too many cultural changes can also stress a plant causing, and sometimes causes unopened buds to fail. Also worrying too much for a plant can kill it. Keep in mind that you just unspotted this plant, which may set back recuperation a little. Look for new leaves coming out from the center and new roots, if you don't see them and the plant continues to drop leaves then you need to change something.

Just remember that orchis don't have a schedule on watering, they need water when they need it.. depending on temperature, season and so on..
I would let them be, but if ou really wish to cut them you can, you just need to treat it so no weird stuff happens. so fungicide
Cinnamon is great if you don't have fungicide.
- Remember only water when the moss is dry, check the middle of the roots, tooth pick works for this

If you decide to separate them you could do it anytime, if their roots are not entwined together, but if you have to do a lot of cutting to get the roots apart, I'd wait.

It was called an "just add ice" orchid. Directions actually said add 2-3 ice cubes to the base of each orchid once a week. I dont see how that would work...they have a website. Justaddiceorchids.com i think

These 'Just add ice orchids' have been discussed quite a bit here. It's a brand as well as a watering mechanism.
From what I've heard the orchids from this brand are good quality.
A lot of people don't like the ice cube watering method, though some have got on well with it. I'm not going to comment on that
