Dont have Keikei paste, should I apply Superthrive?

Hi,

I have two baby keikeis still growing on the mother, who is in very bad shape... I'm trying to save it with everything I've learned here. i just bought Superthrive for root encouragement, but I don´t know if I can apply some (maybe diluted) on the keikeis to boost their growth?
