Unfortunately I tossed out all my old AOS mags. I'd love to find that article again. From what I remember in my old age was that it was not only the ratio change but also the timing of application. It would be interesting to really put some effort into a project and see what info could be gleaned from timing and/or ratios. I guess I could look up the article on the net. I am just so happy this orchid bloomed. It languished for so long and had a severe case of black rot. Well not this plant. This is a couple gens and divisions away from the original. I sold the really large division last year. Thanks Tucker. I loved your thread on calcium by the way. It was a good read until I got bored.
Thanks Picotee. When I went out into the GH early in the morning before I had my morning hot chocolate it really shouted at me. "Hey sturid!!!! I'm heeeeeeeere!!!! And I did the "I've got a new ooooorchid! I've got a new oooorchid! dance".
