yes they are, and they are small as well, so great to keep inside for a display. You can probably score some on eBay from sellers shipping international. Lottery, yes, for sure, I'm playing every week, last 2 weeks with my overboard spending one mortgage payment left my bank account:-) Good thing is, I have lot of things for sale as well in our apartment, so I did list few pieces and half is back:-))) But this hobby is pricy, if my hubby knew I did spend $700 in 2 weeks I would be probably in a dog house for quite some time:-))))))))))))))))
