Rescued Dendrobium 'Hollywood'

I am just concerned about the way i found it, it seems impossible this Orchid could survive as I know no one lived in that house for at least 6 months, it could very well survive with just normal care...but the root system is pretty horrible...I will keep my eyes on it and treat it like a normal Dendrob and just let her do her thing....thanks so much for all your help Shushu
