One of my Phalenopsis (Sogo yakudin) is wit a unusual shape leaf, It is mounted, and I grow it reverse by hanging it. Please see the pictures. Its growing some roots..
From long time, there are no new leaf growths, seems its unusual leaf is semi closed.
Kindly advise...
Thanks,

I was not able to see anything such. but I feel something is inside, as it is bit harder, but could not find.
Do you expect anything inside?
Thanks,

Has this plant ever bloomed for you before?
Looks to me like its trying to make both a spike and leaf at the same time. It is possible it could be a mutation from cloning. Just my

Yes, it has finished its recent bloom, so I cut off the spike. And when I purchased it, it had old spikes dried and cut off. So I can say it had completed it two bloom cycles.
This bloom cycle I jst got 2 flowers in good shape.. I lost most because of sudden hikes in temps in my areaa

If this leaf was forming during the hikes in temps that could be the culprit.
You may want to consider slitting the leaf open so that future leaves will come out normally, just be sure to use sterile equipment and dust the cut edge with cinnamon to prevent bacterial infection. ( if it were mine that is what I would do)

It reminds me of a terminal spike, they seem to grow out of an odd leaf

Terminal spikes don't always come from leaves such as the one shown, so this may not be what's happening to yours but it is possible. Here's a pic showing a terminal spike I had on a plant a few years ago.
So a funky leaf isn't going to be a indictor of terminal spikes.

Just let it continue growing. Be sure not to let water collect in the cup.

Thank you.. It is growing inverted totally, so no chance of water in cup.

Thank you Judi.. I will try to see using a torch, if I can find anything inside.. curious about its shape. And you pointed out right. This leaf started growing when the temps are hiked.. And when new leaf emerged it was normal. Over the time it closed
