Older Phal seems to be dying please help

Idk about the smaller phals. Minis right??

I use better gro orchid mix. But there are a lot of ppl that mix their own. They go to repotme.com. they have smaller pots there too.

I am so glad to hear that it gives me hope. Also glad to hear your orchid is starting to grow a new root. How long did it take? Did you put it back into a pot or do the spag and bag I saw posted?
Sure does look like I have a lot to learn about orchids. But that is OK I love to learn when it comes to plants. I moved here 4 years ago and had to do a lot of learning about growing in Fl. Now I think I have most of it figured out. Just haven't figured out how not to buy so many. Can't help myself I love it. But it does take me forever to bring them all in when a cold snap comes this way. I will try the super thrive on some of my other plants also. Thanks again.

I've been doing the rescue(from myself) since the beginning of May. I use the sphag and bag thing (minus the bag). But u can use the bag if u want too.
I love learning about different plants too.
