Just keep an eye on it and make sure an infection doesn't set in. It will likely dry up. It will remain unsightly but it won't hurt anything. For me, as long as there is some green on the leaf, I would keep it on if it remains healthy apart from the sunburn.
If there are brown sheaths at the top of the pseudo bulbs and just inside the base of the leaves, those are old bloom sheaths either from past blooms or maybe ones that didn't bloom. You can usually see the bloom stem if they bloomed.
When you introduce a plant to a new light source or conditions, keep a close eye on it and do it gradually and this will prevent sunburn etc. If it is gradually acclimated, it may not even be too much light for it in time.
