Why are my mokara green root tips disappearing?

This is a variety of mokara that is grown under full sun.
It is currently blooming with 3 spikes.

I place it under direct sun.
I spray at it every morning.

I noticed the green tips are slowly disappearing.

Is the daily watering to be blamed?
What could be causing the green root tips to go inactive?
