This cattleya/laelia(?) is in bad shape. I have grown much worse but this will be a difficult save. But not impossible so if you want to save it, here's what you can do. The only thing here is the possibility of having this plant put out new growth. The current growth will not revive, but will use it's stored energy to hopefully produce a new growth from the base of the youngest pbulb. This plant needs to be watered thoroughly and then allowed to dry out completely. then watered again. Do not feed it. Do not put KLN, kelp extract, or anything else on it,. These pbulbs won't grow new roots and the leaves won't turn green again. All this plant will do is put out new growth. And it will be S...L...O...W. Also put it in less than full sunlight. There is little here to photosynthesize so it will use what remaining starches and sugars to try and produce a new growth. That's about all you've got here.
