It's Encyclia alata subsp. parviflora.

One of the synonyms of Encyclia alata supsp. parviflora is Encyclia belizensis subsp. parviflora, which would fit with the tag. (Epidendrum belizense, another possibility, is also a synonym of one of the subspecies of Encyclia alata [virella] but I am definitely not arguing with Kip's identification!)

If your plant was at one point in time classified as an Epidendrum, I can definitively say that it no longer is. It is, without a doubt, an Encyclia, just as Kip and Steve have suggested. Although I'm not terribly well versed in digging up orchid synonyms all the time, I am inclined to believe that Kip is correct with the ID of Encyclia alata subsp. parviflora.

However, I wouldn't completely discount Steve's second suggestion of it possibly being Encyclia alata subsp. virella either just yet.

Regardless of which subspecies it really is, it looks to be a type of Encyclia alata.

It's not subsp virella. Plants of both subspecies were awarded at the same AOS judging center in June 2012. check this link for the pictures.
