Hi there again!
Here, summer is already knocking on our doors, and also on my greenhouse door too
One of my phalaenopsis orchids is in full bloom, but it's not showing yet signs of growing new leaf or new roots. Is it still enjoying its blooming period? ??

Most of the time unless phals are very healthy and conditions are near perfect they will either put out new roots, a new leaf, or flower. I've had them do all three before but seldom. Let it finish flowering and then don't be selfish. Once the flowers start to fade, cut the spike off all the way and let the plant build up it's energy and put on roots and leaves.

I don't know exactly the time, but I will wait till the flowers fade, and let's see what will happen

Yeah. If the plant appears healthy, I'm sure it will grow when it's ready.
