The first picture really shows the trouble.
The brown spot with clear wet halo around it. It is typical rotting. You can also see a much larger dark spot on that same leaf if you look at the picture very closely.
Tht looks like an old rot spot.

cinnamon powder will do nothing against rotting.
If you have something that contains sulfur in it, get one and spray the whole plant.

Mechanical damage on paphs normally shows up as reddish brown mark not this dark.

So is this some kind of rot? and can i spray hydrogen peroxide instead instead?

Also is semi hydro good for paphs or should i use a different medium?

It is one possibility. Paphs get bacterial brown spots and bacterial rot.
I think yours is more like spots, but you want to observer and see if it gets any bigger than tiny circle. well, if it seems to be spreading or getting any bigger, then I would be very worried.

Hydrogen Peroxide won't do anything once the disease develops. It would only wipe out whatever is sitting on the outer surface of plants, but do not affect whatever is going on inside the tissues.

I do not grow my paphs s/h, and from what I read here, s/h is not the best way to go with paphs.
Some people report success while some don't.

You might want to search about it.
