Orchid Identification?
Default Orchid Identification?

Hi I bought this planet at a store in SF chinatown that sells orchids. I forgot to ask the women the name of the planet but she did say to water it once a week like an orchid and I just assumed it was one. If anyone knows the name and some info.. I'd appreciate it. Thanks

It doesn't look like an orchid, could you take a close-up of one of the flowers?

it's Ornithogalum dubium (a Hyacinth relative, not an orchid)

Also agree with Kip. I've seen this plant offered a number of places, sometimes as "sun bulb" or "sun star". I like it, despite its non-orchidaceousness.
