I have only ever had one mealy bug but that's what it looks like to me. They hide in nooks and around flower petals and spread easily, so you should isolate the plant.

Mealy bugs! You should treat with neem oil or Safers' soap which will kill the adults, so it must be repeated regularly. I also just squish them or use a Q-tip with isopropal alcohol. These guys tend to hide in the sheaths and nooks and crannies of your plants. So if you have any sheaths carefully peel them away to expose and hiding bugs. Tweezers can be be useful in peeling away the sheaths.

Any isolate the infected plant and check you others plants regularly. They spread fast!

Thats what they are and this info is correct,, i had Soooo many of them when i acquired a bunch of new plants. i got really sick of them so I sprayed my plants with isopropal alcohol in a spray bottle, just pure alcohol, scrubbed them and so on.. just make sure it does not touch the roots at all!!!!!!...

I had to keep an eye on these for a good month spraying with neem oil every two weeks or so .
