Thats what they are and this info is correct,, i had Soooo many of them when i acquired a bunch of new plants. i got really sick of them so I sprayed my plants with isopropal alcohol in a spray bottle, just pure alcohol, scrubbed them and so on.. just make sure it does not touch the roots at all!!!!!!...
I had to keep an eye on these for a good month spraying with neem oil every two weeks or so .
