Introducing my Dtps. Tzu Chiang Sapphire and Sedirea japonica 'Seigyoku Maru'! Both of them arrived this past week and it is all Buds fault!

The Dtps. is cared for like a Phal.? The Sedirea is a mini. It is sooo cute, fragrant and from Orchid Web. At japaneseorchids I was outbid every time.
There is a Bamboo stick in the pot - the moisture meter? Do I water when the stick is dry? Almost dry? When it needs water, do I run water over the moss or do I spray it? Help, help HELP PLEASE!
