Southern exposure. Today, not so bright. It's raining. It's supposed to rain all week, in fact. And we have those cheap apartment blinds that are standard like...everywhere. I open them in the morning to let the light filter in. Our windows go floor to ceiling but are broken in the middle by a ledge so there's a top and bottom set of shades that can be drawn. We generally leave the bottom set up at all times bc we have cats that love to look outside, but since the baker's rack is over there they don't spend a lot of time at that window. I'm sure they wouldn't care if I put the blinds down.
Edit: I took that picture on Saturday (my cat is king of the moving boxes!!) when it was sunny and warm. Pardon the mess, we're packing for a move at the end of the month.

It might be ok...
If you were able to grow seedlings there it would be fine.

I added a photo just now so you can see the brightness when it's sunny. Sorry for the mess, lol.

No worries about the mess.
I think you're fine. Those house plants you have, they grow in the same light range.

So should I go ahead and stick them in tupperware containers and leave the blinds up on the bottom? The containers aren't completely clear they're more of a frosted...? If that makes sense? So I guess that could be shade-ish?

They should be ok with the lighting and the frosted container.
Like Ray suggested, don't let the plants touch anything wet while they're inside their containers.

Okay, so I placed them in the container, covered it with saran wrap and taped it down bc it wouldn't stay on. I kept them away from paper towels, and I dampened the towels with warm water to raise the humidity. How many holes should I poke in the saran wrap? I don't want to let all the humidity out..

5 - 6 holes is good enough.

Yup, a pencil or a pen is fine.
