How do you find out if there is a show in your area?

I'd start by searching local orchid societies' websites or just Googling about them in your state. That's usually how I find out about the shows in my area.

Your profile indicates you are in the state of Washington. If you are near Seattle, there is the Northwest Orchid Society. They had their annual show and sale in April. Here is a link to their website: http://www.nwos.org There is an orchid society in Spokane. Here is their link: http://www.spokaneorchidsociety.org/SOS%20Show.html. If you are close to Portland, Oregon, there is a very large orchid society in that city. Here is their link: http://oregonorchidsociety.org. Most societies have their show around April or early May because many of the varieties of orchids come into bloom about this time of year. My society, in Fort Wayne, Indiana holds it show in November.

Yes i had seen those the closest to me was tacoma orchids society
