Very pretty. There are so many beautiful Phal hybrids that look similar to this, I would not feel confident with the name.

As Gage says there are so many out there that look similar it will be impossible to say for sure without DNA testing.

If you purchased hybrid orchids without a tag then it is a NOID =no exceptions=it just don't have any identifications....hybrids cant be compared or deemed similar mainly by sight.... Terri is right; you need a DNA testing and its quite expensive=you can buy 10 Phals with its cost.
(species are different=other members find it easier to identify the flowers, the leaves and the plant features including its varieties)

Very similar, but I think the lip on yours is longer and pointyer (and possibly has longer tendrils... whatever they are properly called!) and has a wider gap between the petals over the lateral sepal. Differences like that can be difference in culture/individual... but with so many similar plants about the chances are yours is a different plant. This is a very good ilustration of why noids are best kept labelled as noids.

I am sorry to sound a bit harsh on you, but that is how it is....I have four NOID Phals....I didn't care that it didn't have tags as long as the flower was delightful and it did want to come home with me....
