I used organic on my outdoor mounts - it was a generic flower fertiliser in granular form. You use pantyhose to keep the fertiliser close to the roots.
I haven't come across any organic fertilisers for indoor use.
I used Merrill's Compost Tea from Merrill's Organics for one growing season. My orchids grew well when I was using it but I got better results from chemical fertilizers so I switched back. I've also used molasses on my orchids. It's a good source of micro-nutrients but I haven't used it lately. I still use Maxicrop Liquid Seaweed which is an all organic supplement. It's not a fertilizer but it contains lots of micro-nutrients and organic plant hormones. Merrill's Compost Tea contains seaweed also.
I make a batch of worm tea with molasses and fish emulsion every week or two for the garden. Maybe I should use tea for the monthly flush of salt built up?
