Need Some Help -- And Check Out my Setup..

Hello

I have a few issues

1.) Do I have enough light?
2.) Why am I getting leathery leaves?
3.) Should I cut off the rotting roots, put in a more porous mixture, and maybe throw a fan on them?

I made a whole video of it here. If someone could give me a hand, it would be much appreciated.
