Default Hes in bad shape :(

Hey everyone! Last week I posted a topic about my phal that ha few roots. I took the advise and soaked the roots in hydro parox 3%, and sprinkled with freshly ground cinnamon. Since then there are still about 3 blooms that are hanging in there, however the leafs are feeling soft, and starting to wrinkle. They also just flop around, not as stiff as my first phal. What should I do to save this guy before it gets worse? Water therapy? Should I cut the steam at the base so that energy is directed towards root growth and healing? I have attached a pic below. I hope soon that we will be able to upload video! thanks everyone
