Brown markings on coelogyne and miltassia
I just recently bought these two and they were mailed to me from Malaysia.
they've both got brown spots/markings on their leaf and i'm sure if it's bacteria or not. can someone help please.

The dark mark on the Miltassia doesn't look worrisome to me; might have been some damage to the leaf.
The Coelogyne looks like it might be a concern, but I don't know what it's from. Hopefully some other members can help.

Should i cut off the leaf if the spot increases size or spreads?

The first picture tells me mechanical damage or physiological (you know, one of those mytery bumps on leaves sometimes).
The next two photos show minor fungal spots, not bacterial.
Really dark area on one leaf shown in the second picture, I have no idea, but I would be worried if I saw something like that on my plant.
Just sharing my opinion.
