I don't know, it could be erwinia. You might want to try and remove the effected parts and then dust the remaining parts with cinnamon. Good luck.

It does look like some kind if rot. I sometimes get similar on new growth in winter (cool and damp weather). Often it doesn't progress, but it can. You can try treating with 3% H2O2 and/or cinnamon, and watch it. Or, cut it off ...
