Default Is my Phal getting sick?

Hello everyone! I have noticed that the tips of leaves on my phal are getting dry and starting to split. It does have a new leaf growing and looks healthy, however I would appreciate the pro's thoughts. I have attached an image for you all to refer too. Thanks in advance

Well, I am not an expert by a long shot, but your phal looks healthy. I have a couple of my phals that came with splits in the ends of their leaves, and they are perfectly healthy.

Young leaves split up sometimes, that doesn't hurt the plant.
The part of the plant shown on the photo looks quite healthy, and a new green leaf emerging is certainly a good sign.

It doesn't hurt to keep an eye on the roots though, as sometimes even the healthy top is not a garantee of a healthy bottom. So far, I don't see any reasons for concern. My

Happy Growing!

Love the branch as a stake. I'm going to try that.
