All orchids should be watered as their individual needs dictate - so if the one in recovery is getting dry, give it a good soaking.

Watering orchids has less to do - in my opinion - with forcing a schedule on your plants, and more to do with getting the right combination of potting mix, type of pot, and culture conditions. Once you get those keystones in place, you'll find the schedule makes itself.

BTW, the plant looks happy to me, so here's to hoping it makes a speedy recovery.
