Evening, guys!
I was just looking over my orchids, and I noticed in my recent addition that at the very bottom of the pot are teeny, tiny, itty bitty little white bugs crawling around at a super fast pace. They seem to be from the soil - the potting medium this orchid came in isn't bark (they just put bark on the top), it looks like some sort of soil mix. They weren't there a couple weeks ago when I got the orchid and I figured that since I knew not to let it get all soggy I'd leave it until it was done blooming.
But I picked it up to inspect the medium and saw them! What are they, how do I get rid of them? I guess I will take this opportunity to repot this guy since I don't want any ickies to kill it or spread to my other two orchids.
Advice?
