Unhappy Orchid flowers quickly turning green/black/yellow

My phalaenopsis orchid has bin flowering for about a month now, but recently, in the last 2 weeks the flowers started to turn a greenish black color. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?? I have many other orchids that are also blooming now and none of the others seem to be having this problem

A picture would help identify the problem. You have to make 4 more posts though before you can post a photo.

There are a few reasons that blooms may wither. They may have simply been finished blooming. Drafts, sudden change in temperatures.

Photo would be a plus, but any blackening is likely due to fungal rot. Are you misting them on a regular basis, buy any chance? What chemicals are you applying?

I do not mist this plant at all. I apply alcohol (50%) mixed with water (50%) to kill the mealy bugs that i have on my orchids. I put this mixture on once a week.

I dont think they are finished blooming because last year when this orchid flowered the flowers turned brown and fell off but this year they are turning green and not falling off. A change in temp is possible but i don't think thats the problem. Could a cold breeze from a open window be the problem?
