Neither am I, but I did some reading before I decided on my mh. Sodium is a bit stronger, but burns hotter and focus more on red light. MH burn strong enough (by far) and has a more balanced light and is also more natural looking. Sodium light makes plants look sick. MH makes plant grow compact as if in natural sun. Google orchid karma lights - it helped me a lot.
