Definitely those are pansy orchid pics. If yours is that, it will not be happy out in the sun in 30 Celsius!

Well, imo...

30 C is ok, but that should be the high end of the temperature range, especially when it only experiences those temperatures very briefly throughout the course of the day. Any warmer, and Miltoniopsis will show signs of stress.

Again, moderately bright indirect light should be the brightest light it receives or it will get sunburnt.

I think the link that I provided to the pic of Mltnps vexillaria growing in the wild should give you a decent idea of what to provide for the plant.

I agree, it won't kill it to take 30C the odd time but not in bright sun and if it can be avoided it should be. I wouldn't intentionally put it out in it. It would likely be happier in the house when it is those temps outside.

My daughter does not have a glazed balcony. If the orchid does not need such a high temperature I shall definitely not put it on the balcony (if she repots and gives me a part) when it is that hot or hotter. I also have a transparent fibre cloth for protecting plants against bright sunlight. I am very grateful for all your helpful advice.
