Decorative humidity tray

Hello everyone

I have been reading about the importance of humidity trays for your Phals. I would like your thoughts on turing my decorative pot that my phal sits in, into a humidity try by adding rocks and water. The plastic container my phal sits in will bot touch the water of course.

You may not need one and may be better off getting an actual humidifier, this article on humidity was recommended to me from another member on here, and I found it quite informative: Humidity
