I would leave it rather than disturb it again. the KLN will be added to water that you water the plant with. Put it in with your regular watering schedule. Just read and follow the directions that come with it.

It could be the glaze on that pot is contributing to your problem. Some orchids are very sensitive to some glazes. I know that they are called orchid pots but most people just put the plant in any regular pot and set it in that pot. Most Phals are too small for that pot anyway. Just a heads up....Jean
