rotate phal's pot occasionally to get light on all sides?

This is off subject but are those phals planted directly into those glazed pots? Are they doing ok in those, or do the roots shrivel when they tough the glaze? They look like the ones I see at Lowes.

"helicopter leaves" That's perfect! I have a few of those....I have a jigsaw puzzle on my window shelf. All the orchid's only fit one way. So, some lean to the right, some lean to the left, some are straight. I think it adds character! Love your big fat dinosaur leaves!
