They should be repotted. The media they are ine will eventually suffocate them. The sooner they are repotted the better. I would not keep them wet. Good luck.

Thank you! I'm going to hunt down every small nursery this weekend, and find some good media. Worse comes to worse I will use the one from walmart and sift it, then use the stuff I get from the orchid show. Thank you again for your help.

I need to make an addendum to my last comment, I've used bagged mix before (worked fine), but I usually mix it with sphag moss.
