Rescue phal is growing a new leaf YAY!
Today I noticed that my rescue phal is growing a new leaf it lost three leaves and all but one small root but now it is growing a leaf so I will take this as a good sign
here are some pics the leaf is still very very small.
I also put some pics of my paph that is having alot of growth so I just had to show it off

Great job! It's it a great feeling to watch the new leaves suddenly pop up?

Yeah, just hope that it keeps growing!
I have a phal rescue (rescued it from myself actually ) that grew back two leaves, but the third stopped after it reached about 1" long. It has been that way for over a month... but I'm thinking it may be due to two spikes coming out of it, that it's devoting more energy for future buds than to advance a starting leaf. I just hope the two smallish leaves it has right now will provide enough energy!

I have a phal that I am rescuing from myself its my very first orchid so it took all of my beginner mistakes I dont know if it is going to make it or not but I really hope so I dont want to lose my first orchid This little guy growing a new leaf gives me hope for my other phal.
Good luck with your orchid

I have about four phals that are recovering. some were in terrible shape as I cut off nearly all the leaves.
When the tiny new leaf and roots finally start to show, the long wait is over and I get so excited as well!!!
Yours look great!
Some of mine are going to take at least one year or more to fully recover. oh, well, at least they are alive and going now!

Ever since I put my phal on the windowsill for bright, indirect light, it has been pushing out a new leaf really quickly. I see noticeable growth everyday! It's so exciting!
