I don't think it needs repotting, the roots look good. A few dried ones on top of the mix are not a problem.
But I really don't know what's the matter with the leaves. Since the yellowing is progressing quickly, I'd sterilize a knife and cut all the yellow, so that it won't affect all the leaves. I would also isolate the plant from others, just to be on the safe side.

was the potting mix wet too?
If so, it could have been too much water rotting the roots (in the center of the pot you cannot really see from the outside) and leaves.
Plants leaves turn yellow due to overwatering in general.
but the fact that there are dark spots present along with yellowing is rather disturbing.
Could be some sort of infection.
Now that you have cut off all the dead roots and yellowing leaves, just keep a close eye on the plant for any further yellowing/spotting.
Did you change the potting mix by the way? just in case...as the roots were bad, the mix might have had something living in there too. so fresh mix might be a good idea.
I hope it survives.
Oh, why don't you soak the pot with the plant in the hydrogen peroxide? I do that sometimes to kill off any organisms in the mix and on the roots. Hydrogen peroxide turns into water and oxigen, so no harm done to the plant.
Viel Glück!

it was more like an infection, i dont know if it was too much water cause to repot had to soak the plant first, i cut some of the roots and just used cinnamon on the cut, and i used fresh bark. well Germany is not my own country and im just student here and its a little difficult to communicate with them so i dont know how to purchase h2o2 in Germany,
btw im alittle bit worried that the plant is under too much pressure cause it has 2 main stems and 10 secondary stems!! do you have any suggestion?
Vielen Dank

oh, I see. I hope you are enjoying it there.
Anyways, I have no idea what you mean by two main stems and ten secondary stems?
Are you talking about the flower spikes??
If so, it's nothing to worry. Although many people advise to cut off spikes, I haven't seen any problem with it. I think it's just a theory.
Plants will terminate the spikes if not needed. As long as they stay green, it only adds extra surface to make food for itself.
I hope the yellowing/spotting leaves have come to an end now.
Sick plants are never fun.
By the way, hydrogen peroxide, you can find out how to say that in German and then go to Apotheke not at a supermarket as you most likely won't see any there.

Go to a Apotheke or Drogerie like DM, Mueller etc. At the Apotheke there are trained people to wait on you, at the Drogerie you'll have to look in the section for wound dressings. Ask/look for Isopropyl, Alkohol, Waschalkohol = rubbing alcohol.
Hydrogen Peroxide = Wasserstoffperoxide.
Good luck with the hunt and the orchid!

Is this plant sitting in front of a window? Just the way the leaves have turned yellow looks a little to me like they have bleached from sitting too close to a window. Might not be but just thought I'd suggest it.

No, fertilizer is not recommended for sick plants.
Just keep an watchful eye on this plant for any further signs (for good or for bad).
