It looks your plant is a bit dehydrated. Did you recently repot it? How were the roots when you took it out of the old pot and media?

Perhaps there is not enough live root material to take up sufficient moisture to replenish what is being used/lost from the plant.

You could try placing the plant in a loosely closed plastic bag with some damp moss in the bottom, until the new roots have grown and functioning.

The spots on the back of that one leaf looks like a bit of bruising. Maybe it was scraped during repotting? I wouldn't be concerned unless they get worse. Are they wet or oozing? Cinnamon is a good topical antiseptic if you are worried about them and they are open wounds.

I repotted it a little over a month ago. I repotted so many at the time I can remember. Thank you for the suggestions. I am going to follow them. I am usually very careful and gentle when I repot. I just noticed the drooping leave at the pseudobulb juncture today. Don't know if t happened on its own or if someone bumped it. I don't think anyone did.
