Wierd clear beads on phal leafs

I was away from home for almost a whole month and had my mom taking care of my orchids as she usually does when I am at college. When i came back today there was one of my orchids that has wierd clear bead looking substance scattered on its bottom leafs... two out of the three... the fourth one is dying. i have also lost a few leafs from this orchid. Two not counting the one that is currently dying. I included pictures because i am worried that it is a virus or something this is my favorite orchid. it is named spilt paint Thanks for your time and sorry for my poor spelling and punctuation. i got this new laptop and it is driving me up a wall, almost as much as my poor orchid

i have all my orchids in close proximity and in a 50 degree environment (oops got a bit chilly but was trying to induce blooming)
