Strange hole in a NoID phal. leaf

ok I dont have a clue what this is the only thing I can say is to look out for pest, just make sure that nothing is hiding under the leaves or in the pot that sort of stuff. Sorry I was not much of a help, I hope someone can tell you what it is

There is a chance it got some cold water on it (being kept in the bathroom and all).
