Just youtube it, I'm sure there are some out there. It's not too difficult though. Just pop the pollen cap off, and remove the pollinia from the cap using a toothpick or similar. Then just behind where the pollen cap starts is an opening underneath the flower's column, or "nose" if you will. if you look from underneath, you'll see a part of the nose that is open behind the flower cap. Just put the pollinia on that and push it as far in and towards the front as it'll go. If you're successful, in a day or two that opening will close and the column will swell a little.
