Bud or Keiki on Dendrobium anosmum

Hi, sorry I could not provide better picture. Hopefully people can still help find if it is a bd or keiki developing on my anosmum. It never lost all the leaves and has different sized canes, some fully leaved.
For some reason, picture loads in horizontal position. You can see the 'growth' on a horizontally running cane in first picture, almost in the center .
Second picture shows rest of the plant.

hard to tell, but I think they are buds forming on the nodes of the cane. Congratulations!

That would be great. This is first dendrobium I got and if it blooms, this will be first dendrobium blooming in my little collection.

What do you think? Bud or Keiki or still too early to tell? I would be happy about both
