Default vanda no blooms

I bought my first vanda almost three years ago, and although it grows and grows, it has never bloomed. It is in a green house, so light is good. It is, however, potted, and I am wondering whther the medium is preventing flowering.

Doubtful.

Tell us about your feeding regimen.

I have to say, it's a bit hit and miss. I have been using Schultz 19-31-17

Vandas are very heavy feeders. When in active growth they should be fed a great deal. Mine get 125 ppm N daily in the summer (that would be about 1/2 tsp/gal of the Schultz stuff), and that about every 4 or 5 days in the winter.

I would also ask what the vandas are. If they are terete or even semi-terete, they need almost direct sun (especially if they're in Montreal).
